South Pelada is a watercolor of Playa Pelada near my home.  I painted her while enjoying a lovely breakfast at LaLuna.  It is one of my favorite places to paint and enjoy a dark Costa Rican espresso.

South Pelada is full of detail. It captures the cliffs, waves and tide pools of the south end of Pelada

The painting itself is approximately 8×10. It is double matted, under glass in a nice 11×14 (opening) platinum wood frame.
