Golden Sparks was painted from a group of watercolor sketches I made at Playa Guiones.  The light dances on the water’s edge as it peaks through the typical wet season clouds.  It is a special time of year in Guiones, when the light can take on a lemon color after a storm passes.  The original has 8×16  sold, but you can bring home some Golden Sparks in 5 different sizes.
