Lisa’s Barrel is a 10×12 watercolor on Arches 140# acid free watercolor paper.  I paint small watercolors almost daily at the beach.  They help me remember the color, texture and transparency when I return to the studio to create larger paintings in oil and acrylic.  This watercolor was made up from my imagination and a bit larger than I am used to painting.  It reminds me of surfing with a friend.
